During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we really appreciated the good working wifi and the safe and free parking space. the spacious rooms were also a plus, giving us enough room to relax and enjoy our holiday time. We found the two key location facts, which are not far from the city center and close to the main road, very helpful in finding our way around.
the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with the bathroom being particularly dirty and smelly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, while the staff provided good service. the breakfast was tasty and offered a decent variety of food.
Communication with staff could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly Klaus who spoke excellent English and gave us great advice on exploring this city. The breakfast was delicious and ample with traditional food as per our request. The hotel had a coffee bar with good prices and also provided parking which was very convenient. The location was close to the city center, within walking distance, and made it easy for us to explore this city.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area, close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the free parking.
Our romantic escape was a bit disappointing. The hotel did not have 24-hour reception as promised, and the power went out in the middle of the night.
